Dharani Blanket Set for the Deceased

This blanket set for the moment of passing was commissioned and produced under the direction of Kyabgon Phakchok Rinpoche according to the extremely precious instructions given in the Pema Jungney cycle of the Tukdrub Barchey Kunsel.

The body of the deceased should be covered by this blanket and cremated. This set includes a Liberation Upon Touch dharani blanket, Liberation Upon Smell incense powder, and a Liberation Upon Taste pill.

• The pill should be put into the deceased’s mouth, the powder should be burned near the body, and the blanket should be used to cover the body. The body can then be buried or cremated together with the blanket.
