All of our products are stored in our warehouse in Traverse City, Michigan. Shipping is comparable to any other domestic, U.S. based shipping rates.

Absolutely! If you are interested in an item that is not in stock, leave your email in the field titled "Enter your email address to check availability." We will get back to you as soon as possible with more details on when the item will be back in stock. We place orders with our manufacturers in Nepal every four to eight months. If you would like to get an item before the next restocking period, ask about custom orders.

We have a thirty-day return policy. If you are dissatisfied with your order within thirty days of the purchase, contact us and we will arrange the return to be made. 

Ratna is based in northern California on the property of Gomde California. We also manage pop-up stores at other meditation centers around the world. Contact us to see if there is a Ratna location nearby.

You can still purchase any Ratna item online. We offer standard domestic, two-day, and overnight shipping options.

Ratna already services several meditation centers around the world. To place a wholesale order, contact us at ratna@mainfactor.com and we will send along our wholesale partnership information. 

Purchasing Online

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Amazon Pay, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. 


We are not able to accept cash, checks, or money orders for online sales. If you have any questions about payment methods not listed here, please email us at ratna@mainfactor.com.

For all continental US orders sales tax is calculated for each purchase based on the state and county to which the order is shipped. 

For Canadian orders GST & HST will be added to all orders shipping to Canada.

There is no sales tax for orders placed outside of the United States and Canada. 

Sales tax is subject to change at any time.

We use your email address to send you important information regarding your order. This includes an order confirmation email with your receipt and shipping information.

You will receive an email confirmation shortly after placing your order. Please contact us if you do not receive confirmation within 48 hours. You’ll receive a follow-up email once your order ships. We recommend you save these emails for your records.
